What makes us different?
we are completely person centred
We want our service to be designed by those who use it. This means that over time our provision will be shaped by you. We will do this through listening to you and planning your day with you - not for you.
Tailored qualifications
We are registered with AQA, Unit Award Scheme. We don't deliver generic courses, which means that we are able to design qualifications to meet your own personal goals. Once you have achieved your goals you will receive an accredited qualification to reflect your hard work.
Employment Training & work experience
We understand that the world of work is daunting and scary. We are here to help. We have good community connections which gives us a variety of work experience options. In addition, we provide quality, onsite work training. This can range from CV writing, to interview role play and we will actually encourage you to complete real life work tasks to prepare you for future jobs.
Fun is at the forefront
Laughter is at the heart of what we do. We want everyone to achieve their goals in the most fun way. Not only do we offer a range of onsite activities such as cooking, woodwork, craftwork and preforming arts, we also do many things offsite including group volunteering at local sanctuaries and trusts and a trip at least once a week. We also have strong links with local sports clubs and groups and we access local leisure centres to keep active.
